Issue Domain stop to work

Hello,

I have one domain in Plesk Onyx and it stopped to work today. After checking basic issues (DNS, expiration date...) I found all is correct.

I recreate the DNS settings but it does not work also. Suspend, unsuspend... nothing.

If I do a ping to domain.com -> host unknown
If I do a ping to ns1.domain.com -> works (?)

So I don't know how to do...

Also I don't know If I reconfigure a domain ( /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-domain domain.com) helps and If I do this the dns setting are reseted (as this client uses office 365)

Make sure that you have correct A record for your domain. You can check it with dig:

# dig domain.com A +short
