Domain suspended and can't reactivate

Hi,

A domain has become suspended for some unknown reason so the client's site is down (we're getting the Web Server's Default Page). The account limits have not been exceeded and it appears there's no logical reason why this should have happened. In any case I've tried changing the status within Plesk 11 but without success. I've also tried to acces via SSH but I'm getting an access denied message even through the password being entered is correct. Any other suggestions?

May be you have enable " Suspend domains until backup task is completed " in your backup setting and due to that you are getting this issues.
