  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Domain Template Error

When I add a domain and choose a domain template, plesk give me this error:

ERROR: PleskFatalException
Failed domain creation: Unable to update domain data: confNonExistentMail() failed: discard mode not supported

Additionally, an exception has occurred while trying to report this error: PleskLimitException
You cannot create more domains because the limit on number of domains has been reached

0: C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\htdocs\domains\create_domain.php:146

If I add a domain without using domain template, no error. This error only happen if your mail server is hMailServer.

Why is that? Can anyone help to solve this?

I have had the same error

I have installed plesk + hmailserver
But, when i create new domain, I have got the same error

Failed domain creation: Unable to update domain data: confNonExistentMail() failed: Forwarding to IP not supported
