  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

have you any idea to solve this ?
thanks for help.

Hi,

two things to do:

1.) # /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all

See if that works.

2. If it does not, try and restart your Apache manually. If it fails have a look at the error.log and paste the output here.

Kristian

I also tried the generation via Plesk panel, I received a mail with this error :

Unable to generate the web server configuration file on the host <technicalpreview.net> because of the following errors:

Template_Exception: Can not restart web server: Service /etc/init.d/httpd failed to start Service /etc/init.d/httpd failed to start

file: /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Service/Driver/Web/Server/Apache.php
line: 100
code: 0

Please resolve the errors in web server configuration templates and generate the file again.

Hi,

could you still check if the following file is there?
/var/www/vhosts/system/salesforce.sw-network.net/logs/error_log

If it's not, please do create it with "touch /var/www/vhosts/system/salesforce.sw-network.net/logs/error_log"

Then retry to start your Apache.

Please give Feedback of what your error.log shows then.

Thanks
Kristian

Hi,

you are very welcome.
You should however check why the folder was no longer existant.
Did you maybe delete it by mistake? Or did you try to delete the subscription?

Regards,
Kristian
