DOMXML extension unavailable

I hope someone can help me out with this problem.
I'm a newbie in this whole plesk world.
I have access to plesk v7.02 and encountered a problem when i wanted to install a joomla component on the system.
I got the following message:
Your system dose not meet the SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS to run the Expose config section.

DOMXML extension unavailable
does someone know how i could activate the DOMXML or install it?
