Question Don't receive password

Plesk Obsidian 18.0.46

I'm admin for a group. We have emails on Plesk, but I can't log in, I then tried to click the "forgot password" so now its most likely changed, but I don't receive any emails? Tried with more emails adresses
I can get in touch with our homepage and the domain, no problem, but the emails......

The option to reset the password via email is not available for the administrator accounts because of security implications.
