Don't want to use mail server

Is there any way to set up Plesk to not control a mail server?

I want to use it only to set up and configure websites and ftp sites on the local server. Mail is on a different server and I don't want it controlled by Plesk. The problem is, after the installation you have to choose a default mail server right after you log in. Since I don't have a mail server installed on that server, it won't let me past that screen.
