Dont work all email and cant send mails

3 days ago update 8.6 ti 9.0 - and got BIG problems (Ohhh!)

I'm not good in servers.

Yesterday All sending emails back with error.

Today mail not work all!
No incoming emails, and when i try to send email server say: "QQ temproray error 4.3.0"

I do nothing!!! No changhes... Help me...

what write? chmod ??????? qmail-queue

To change the owner is

chown group:user file

To change the file rights.. mm i dont know either i use midnight commander try "yum install mc" and run mc
