I running plesk 12.5.30 and find a problem with WPB.
If I create a snapshot and try to down load it to my system, the browser opens in a blank page and in the adressspace I see https://xxxxxx-xxxxxx.xx:8443/siteb...82e282fb9a44e39c1ac2f51b380bb8d2d666086fd7aba, instead of a save file message.
Older snapshots of the same site download fine.
How can I fix this
