Issue Downloading / Installing Plesk in China is very slow

The topic says it all, downloading / installing on a server in Alibaba Cloud (China) is very slow, many of the following / similar messages:

Trying other mirror.

It litterally takes hours. Any work-around?

Make sure that hostname autoinstall.plesk.com is resolvable to 93.184.221.133 IP address. If not - define it in /etc/hosts file.

That seems a little faster, however sometimes my SSH session gets disconnected and it forces me to start over. Which is not possible if an installation was half-way done and a plesk repair installation cannot fix it.

Is there a way to keep downloaded files, so it doesn't have to start from 0 all the time? or does it have a download-only mode?
