Downtime in upgradation of Plesk

No, you will not face any downtime, while upgrading plesk

Thanks a lot. One more thing I would like to know. Which version of Plesk on Linux supports MySQL 4.1? I am still running Plesk 8.0.

Sometimes services are stopped temporarily for upgrades. They are restarted automatically, but those services will be unavailable in the meantime.

I believe all Plesk 8.x versions support MySQL 4.1.
