Dr. Web: Virus bases are no longer updating automatically

Since 2 days, Dr. Web seems no longer auto-updating by cron (cron ist still active every 30mins, but seems to do nothing).

Dear Administrator,your virus bases are not up to date. Please run updating script manually or use cron for this purpose.

We're getting tons of mails like this, even after running the cron manuelly for testing purposes. Any suggestions?

I am getting the Dr Web emails too - but how do I run a Cron Job to automatically update the virus definitions in Plesk?
