Issue Dropbox backup status dosen't change... stays on planned

Hi ,
i run my own root server with windows server 2016 and Plesk 17 onyx.

I installed the Dropbox extension and linked it to an dropbox account. my problem is now when i click the button backup it creates an task with the status planned, but the status never changes.

Anyone an idea what i can do ?

Planning stage can take much time. It depends on the size of domain's content. Even for the freshly created domain, it takes ~3-4 minutes.

The ip is about 45 mb big ...and i waited for about 5-7 min ...
