I believe I have some issues with DrWeb installation.... I tried to start it again (from services mgt panel) but got an error ..

-----------
Error: Unable to make action: Unable to manage service by drwebmng: drwebmng: Unable to find start/stop script for 'drwebd'

System error 2: No such file or directory ('--start', 'drweb')
------------
Is there any way to uninstall / reinstall it ?

You can remove all DrWeb packages with something like:

rpm -e drweb-base drweb-updater drweb-daemon psa-drweb-configurator

And then install it back with autoinstaller.
