DSN For mySQL - Named Pipes or Sockets?

Preferrably, if you use localhost for the mySQL host name, you would use Named Pipes to connect to mySQL.

Any idea how such a named pipe looks? What do I fill in in the dialog; Windows named pipe to connect to if server is localhost?
