Hello,
I'm attempting to restore a client from a 7.5.4 plesk to a 8.3.0 plesk using pleskbackup and pleskrestore. Prior to running the command, I use the backup-convert script on the 8.3.0 server.
The restore dies with:
Node migration-dump does not have attribute dump-version
I've seen a couple threads indicating that this is a problem, and maybe a known problem according to this thread:

Is there a workaround other than the new deployer file? When will that file be generally available?
