None of my clients get duplicate e-mails, except a new client that is using Microsoft Small Business Server Exchange POP3 Connector.
I should add they have a catchall mailbox on the QMail side.
This only happens when they CC somebody. Please could I have some clarity on this. All I could find on Microsoft's site is this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/264249/en-us
explaining that the ISP (us!) should tell their e-mail server not to "break out" the messages in multiple copies. Is Qmail compatible with Microsoft Exchange POP3 Connector? How do I fix the problem? How do I even start?
