e-mail Linux 8.1 to Windows 8.1.1

Good Morning

I've just mirgated some sites from a Linux 8.1.0 server to a Windows 8.1.1 server, but stored e-mails haven't been transfered accross.

Could someone please shed some light on when I need to so to import mail.
