Question ECONNREFUSED - Connection denied by server

Hello,

i have:
- Plesk Onyx Version 17.8.11
- ‪Debian 8.11‬
- FileZilla (latest version)

when I try to login via FTP and FILEZILLA - i get a ECONNREFUSED error.
there is no general access to the server via FTP.
SSH i can log in.

Can anyone provide me any solution please?

Put the complete filezilla log to see exactly the error...
