  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hey everbody,

when somebody is logged in and i want to edit a page of a site this error message comes up

Internal Sitebuilder error.
File: /opt/sitebuilder/include/SB/Site/Compiler/Target/Link.php; Line: 89
Message: Cannot read the source from '/opt/sitebuilder/htdocs/sites/db/dbd837c28bec1393039dc2784677cf94/attachments'.; Code: 0

The problem exists only if a user is logged in. If i build a site as an anonymous everything works fine.

Has anybody an idea to fix this problem?

Make sure that this directory exists: '/opt/sitebuilder/htdocs/sites/db/dbd837c28bec1393039dc2784677cf94/attachments. If not, just create it, set appropriate ownership (in your case it should be www-data:www-data I guess, as this is Debian or Ubuntu installation) and check this case one more time.
So:

# mkdir /opt/sitebuilder/htdocs/sites/db/dbd837c28bec1393039dc2784677cf94/attachments
# chown www-data:www-data /opt/sitebuilder/htdocs/sites/db/dbd837c28bec1393039dc2784677cf94/attachments

Hope it helps.

Same error ... this doenst work ... some else has got an idea?
Its really annyoing

Thx for the help

Well, try to check permissions for this folder also and set it to 755:

#chmod 755 /opt/sitebuilder/htdocs/sites/db/dbd837c28bec1393039dc2784677cf94/attachments

For more exact error you can try to check Logs section through Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder administrator CP. Just reproduce the error, after that log into panel and check the logs. Let me know if you find anything out.
