Question problem with sitebuilder and plesk

It’s about my site https://prosec-finanzen.de/ 1
when I test the contact form in sitejet demo mode it works and emails arrive after 15-20 minutes
but when I test it in the live version I always get an error message

i use plesk and sitejetbuilder

the sitejetbuilder support means ,the problem is at plesk ?


If I fill out the form live and it doesn’t work, this error is stored in the log

Are you managing your own server, meaning that you have root access? If not, contact your hosting provider for help to troubleshoot the issue.
