eGroupWare 1.0.0.009 :: Filemanager - Base directory does not exist

Hi,
I'm a shared hosting user.
I've just installed eGroupWare version 1.0.0.009 revision 27 using Plesk control pannel v8.0.1. Thee installation finished correctly and the most of eGroupWare functions work correctly.
But when I click on the icon Filemanager, I get the following error:
"Base directory does not exist, Ask adminstrator to check the global configuration."
Obviously... I have no accesoo to the server: it's on my ISP.
I've been searchib this forums and "googling" the Internet without result.

¿can anybody help me?
