• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Eliminating Duplicate E-mails

Hello-

Has anyone had success getting Peter Samuel's eliminate-dupes program for qmail to work on a Plesk server?

http://www.gormand.com.au/peters/tools/

It's listed on the qmail website as a program which will scan incoming messages to make sure that a single message with the same recipient listed twice isn't delivered to the user twice (for example, if the message is sent to the user directly but also CC'd to a mail group that includes the user). I tried installing the program but received an error when it couldn't find NDBM_File.pm, and having just recently been migrated to a Plesk server by our ISP, I'm a little hesitant to start messing around.

If anyone's tried this or has a separate solution, please let me know.

Thanks
