Email Delivery problems on only one domain on server

Alan_H

New Pleskian
I am having problems with one of my domains on my Plesk 11.0.9 server. Background details - I have 7 domains on this server and 6 are working fine delivering emails. One domain will not accept emails through the server, but can send fine. You can send emails from other domains on this server to this email account, but from outside of the server emails are not delivered. You can Telent a email to this account from anywhere and goes straight into email account. I have looked at all the setting and restarted qmail. The email address is [email protected], but no email address work on this domain. I have search everywhere for an answer with no luck. I could understand if all emails were not being delivered, but only email from one account is very confusing. Any help would be excellent.

The message I receive back from Hotmail is

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Unable to deliver message to the following recipients, due to being unable to connect successfully to the destination mail server.

[email protected]

Thanks

Alan

Your MX records that were reported by your nameservers are:

10 mail.princemanagement.com 174.137.132.100 (no glue)

Is 174.137.121.100 the plesk server ?

Hi KN,

Thanks for the reply. The domain name is .co.uk not .com with the IP address for the server being 92.60.121.65. I have track down my problem and it is to do with the DNS. When filling out the DNS for mail it was wrote as .com when it should have been .co.uk. So when checking this in 123-reg you don't see the full domain name after saving and I just thought I would not have made such a basic mistake!! So thanks for your post again kn as would not have spotted that if you had not replied

Cheers,

Alan
