• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Email: Delivery Status Notification (Failure) messages

I have all of my catchalls set to discard.
So mailenable sends them all to a trash account.
Every day now I open my admin email to find hundreds of "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)" messages.
If it is discarding messages, then why would the system be sending messages back to the spam originator? Ot is it?

all of my clients are also getting "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)" messages.

I think that I am over my limit of daily relays because something is bouncing the messages.
For the domain listed below I have set:
Mail to nonexistent user: Discard
and I also set:
ME/servers/localhost/connectors/SMTP:porperties/security to Disable all catchalls

Here is the content of one of the messages...
BTW - "emily" is not a valid email address for the domain nacrealty.com

MailEnable: Message delivery has been delayed.

Message is waiting at walkerhosting.secureserver.net for delivery to k2smtpout.secureserver.net.

Reason: Mail Server for could not accept your email at this time. MailEnable will keep trying to deliver this message and will notify you of any progress.
