New Pleskian
Hi together,

after upgrading from Onyx to latest Obsidian we are missing the corresponding window to enter an external email address under the tab "domains-> domain name -> e-mail-settings -> forwarding "

Formerly entered forwardings are still available and shown but enter a new forwarding fails.

Sorry for German in screenshots.

Any hints ?

Thanks

have you already updated to 18.0.21 Update 3?

Plesk Obsidian 18.0.21 Update 3:
After update to or installation of Plesk Obsidian on CentOS 7, the mail forwarding, the autoresponder, and other mail-related features now work correctly. (PPP-46272)

Sorry pstr....I have the same issue on Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.21 #4 (Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS‬)
Do you fixed?

Thanks in advance!!
M

This command line resolved our problem :

plesk bin extension -u InternalMailForwardingOnly

Thanks a lot for your help!
But in my plesk, when I execute the command:
The extension InternalMailForwardingOnly is not installed.

So, the problem must be different! It was working before the update to #3 version! (actual Version 18.0.21 #4 (Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS‬)

Hi,

Finally I found a solution: delete the emails and create it again (with password) and program later the forward destination.

Thanks for your inputs and help!
Cheers!
M.
