email imap open by themselves

Hi, I have a problem ... emails handled with imap after a few minutes are automatically marked as read!
may depend on what?

Which mail client are you using ? Check your mail client read options setting

server qmail, client roundcube..... controlled settings, but it seems to me that there is no such setting that marks the email as read only !!

Okay, You will have to check your IMAP account setting where you have setup your IMAP account

I understand the problem, when the exhaust email me with POP automatically mark the email as open, I do not think this is the right way to work, or am I wrong?
