• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Email Passwords

John Fleming

Basic Pleskian
Hello again

Sorry if this is another one of those silly questions, but I need to migrate about 25 customers to a new server.

My customers are currently on ServerA - a shared server (from my provider) and I am moving them onto my own VPS running Virtuozzo and Plesk - ServerB.

However - I want to be able to get to my clients email passwords so that I can setup the new server with their email addresses and passwords.

That way, when I transfer the domain, the users will not have to worry about anything.

Is there any way of retrieving the passwords for email in Plesk, keeping in mind that I don't have SSH access to ServerA?

Thanks
John
