Question DKIM signing password reset emails

redactie_uvw

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.67 Update #3
Hi,

When resetting a password when trying to login to one of our VPS's, emails are not DKIM signed and are blocked by our mail client. I know how to sign emails for the websites that are managed by Plesk, but not for the domain that is used to send VPS related emails, such as password reset emails.

Is there a way to sign these emails using the Plesk interface? I'm a bit afraid of using a tool such as opendkim on the server, because I don't know how Plesk is currently signing emails and want to avoid conflicts.

Thanks,
Jan
