I am experiencing problems with emails on my Parallels Plesk Panel 9.2.1 for Microsoft Windows

Certain emails either do not work and in particular one domains emails are constantly asking for the password, 10 minutes later I can receive the emails.

Please assist, I do not seem to have my Parallels Desktop Support code - how to I find this, Plesk was pre-installed after purchasing a dedicated server from fasthosts.
