Email reception very slow

Hi,

Since Friday, after an automatic update (Plesk 10.0.1), we have difficulties with emails reception : it's very slow or there are errors in reception.
Plesk is very slow too.

I'have disabled "Parallels Premium Antivirus" and Spamassasin -> no result.
Ive have Plesk 10.0.1 with Qmail.

There isn't pb with the queue (empty).

Example of errors messages :
Unable to forward message: mail server permanently rejected message (#5.3.0).

Is the pb come from the health monitor ?
Can we disable it ?
