Question Email Security Pro

Hello!
i have bought and installed the email security pro extension. Everything works fine, but I'm insecure about my own settings under the mailserver settings. I use Plesk Premium Antivirus and I have my own DNSBL.

Does this go together now or are my settings superfluous here? Should I remove Plesk Premium Antivirus or does Email Security work additionally (with ClamAV)
