Question Email selected email addresses on server

Is there a simple way for the admin to email selected email addresses on the server? I don’t want to email resellers or customers (because they don’t exisit on my server) , just selected email addresses on the server.

No, from plesk backend you can only send to clients etc mails with mass email.
If you want to send mails to external clients create mailbox, and send as usual from webmail.
