Resolved emailadresses for alias websites

Dear friends,

I am new to plex and in general poor on hosting skills. I have had an agency built me 3 websites in drupal. Each site has its own domain but the sites share one database. They put 2 of the sites as aliasses(hosting type) for the main website. I am now not able to assign email adresses for the two sites assigned as aliasses. Can someone help me?

My host is using Plesk Onyx 17.8.11

Plesk does not allow creating mailboxes under domain aliases. You can try to use these recommendations at least Add email to domain alias
