• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Emails arrive in gmail spam

Why when I send an email from roundcube to gmail the client receives it in spam ? can anyone give me a solution or tell me how I can fix it ! THANK YOU

When you send the same mail through your server by an email client attached to the server, does GMail categorize it as spam, too?

In this case you need to contact GMail support on it. They operate an intransparent blacklist. It is not possible to determine the cause why emails go to spam for outsiders.

You can check if your server's IP is listed with common blacklists here:
But Yahoo, Microsoft (Hotmail) and GMail all operate their own "secret" blacklists that cannot easily be queried from the outside. Maybe the MultiRBL website can help you to identify a general spam issue with your server's IP.
