Issue Emails to aliases don't forward

Linux 22.04.05
Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian v18.0.66_build1800250106.19
Emails which go to an alias of a web email address didn't get forwarded pretty the forwarding settings.

How can this be resolved?
