• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • (Plesk for Windows):
MySQL Connector/ODBC 3.51, 5.1, and 5.3 are no longer shipped with Plesk because they have reached end of life. MariaDB Connector/ODBC 64-bit 3.2.4 is now used instead.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.

Hello, everyone. The problem is that any email from our server to outlook is going to spam folder.Everything has been configured correctly.Emails to GMAIL are going on the main folder without any issue.I also checked the ip blacklist.According to multirbl.valli.org we have:
Not listed: 205
Blacklisted: 3 (Polspam BL-H3,UCEPROTECT Level 2,UCEPROTECT Level 3).

Also i checked microsoft's SNDS and i see: blocked:no Junked due to user complaints or other evidence of spamming

Probably, someone before us use the ip for spamming? Also i ve sent the known MS form about this email issue but im always getting:

Hi ,

Thanks for your patience while we investigated your request.

Below your IP address(es) and their status(es) are listed.

Not qualified for mitigation

Welcome to the world of self hosting emails where you will need to deal with a lot of hoops to ensure your emails are delivered to people's mailboxes instead of spam/junk/bulk email folders.

So as someone who had to go through this a few times before after changing IPs from going from one VPS to another, a few things you would need to do but the most important one is making sure you are registered with the junk mail reporting program with outlook.com.

I would recommend that you read up on what you would need to do over at Services for Senders and ISPs

You should also ensure that you're SMTP is configured to only allow sending via authentication and that you are using SSL.

Once you do all that, then you can open another ticket with Microsoft Support to request the IP to be removed but you need to make sure all those are done first otherwise Microsoft will not mark it as being allowed though.
