Enable quota on fedora

Hi,

We have a Plesk server with Fedora Core 1 and we are very happy with it. We want to enable hard quota support on the server. How can we do it?

We have 330 domains running there and we want to apply the quota thing to them also, not just to the new ones. Is it possible? What's the procedure?
