Enable scheduler after account creation?

How do I enable plesk scheduler after an account creation (from which menu)? I hope I won't have to open a new account or modify the account's template...

I assume you're talking about a domain user account.
Go to domains>your domain>domain user.
There's a check box to enable domain users to schedule.
