Enable Spam Assassin Via API

I dont see it anywhere in the API docs,

How do I Turn on Spam Assassin on via the API for mailboxes?

yeah..

so again.

My app uses the plesk api to allow clients to manage mail (add/create/alias/forward) etc. all works.

What is the API command, or how could I possible outside the standard api trigger the "on" of Spam Assassin per mailbox.

Or better yet.. how do I make sure SPam Assassin is on by default for all new clients?
