Enable Spam Filtering Hangs

When I go to enable spam filtering on an individual account in the mailbox management page plesk just hangs. I get the please wait box to come up and then it just spins but never updates. Am I missing something. The server says I have spam assasin installed and I have the spam assasin interface add on in plesk.

after 7.5.5 upgrade we started to have the same problem could you solve this?

Do the following two steps:

First restart all the service of plesk.

Second: If it does not fix it, run the reconfigurator as it will fix all the prolems.
