Enable Spamassassin as default

Hello,

I was just wondering, how do I enable spamassassin as default for new mailboxes (domain independent)??
I find it quite odd if this is not possible, especially in a time that Spam-filters are a must!!

BTW, does someone know how to change the user_prefs template? Or did Swsoft build this in to one of their coded scripts ... ??
