Enable Webmail Access through domain with disabled Mailservice

New Pleskian
Hello, i hope someone could help me :)

We have a SSL Cert for our main domain through which all our services are reachable (imap/pop3/website/cloud/etc).

The Problem is, that we use a different SMTP/Imap Server for our own mails, so mails send from this server to our main address will not go out until the mailservice is deactivated.
But when we deactivate the Mail Service, we can not https://webmail.domain.tld for our customers since it is not reachable :(

Is there a way to:

a.) set an updatesafe ignore do all @domain.tld mails in postfix, so it sents the mail to the external server
b.) enable webmail when mailservices are shutdown for the domain

btw.

is there a way to change the text shown when the user clicks the info icon next to an email address, so it shows the specific domains to access the malservices instead of his own domain?

with best regards
RedEnzian
