• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Question End of my rope... connecting domains?

NickThacker

New Pleskian
Hey all — first post here. I REALLY love Plesk so far (coming over from Cpanel), but I feel like an idiot.

I've set up Plesk on a Digital Ocean droplet... so far so good. But when trying to add my first website in Plesk, I cannot for the life of me figure out why my domain isn't resolving. Either server not found errors or connection errors. I've added the A record where the domain's hosted, pointing to the IP address of the Plesk install, and I've tried using the shared and dedicated IP addresses I have as well.

I feel like I'm missing something terribly obvious, but I don't know what. Can anyone help?

Thanks!
