We have a empty page while installing applications and only the message "Suchergebnisse können im Moment nicht geladen werden."

First of all, try to fix this issue with Tools & Settings > Application Vault > Clear Cache
If it did not help, try to apply more complicated solution from article Internal error: Failed to parse metadata, File aps_php.php
