Resolved Errno 256: No more mirrors to try

Hi,

I have this message error:

2020-08-18 03:33:04 ERROR: failure: repodata/repomd.xml from PLESK_17_8_11-extras: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.

2020-08-18 03:33:04 ERROR: Exited with returncode 1.

How to fix this problem?

My server configuration:
CentOS Linux 7.8.2003 (Core)‬
Plesk Onyx 17.8.11

Try to use the official Plesk repository instead of OVH mirror.

Thank you for your anwer but I can't select "Official Plesk Updates server" because I can't open the list "Download installation files from", how to proceed to change manually the update source?

Please check the following KB article and let me know if it doesn't help -  Plesk updates are not available when custom update source is used

I followed the resolution offer on this article Plesk updates are not available when custom update source is used but I can't stop the Plesk installer, I have this error:

All works fine for me:

# plesk installer stop
Plesk Installer is not running.

Try to check possible option with

# plesk installer help

and update installer to the latest version with

# plesk installer update

First of all, create a backup of this file just in case. Then remove line

Ok. It means that the official Plesk repository will be used for Plesk update procedure.
All should be fine now.

Hi all, i am trying to update to 18.0.31 coming from 18.0.30, however i do not have the file, .autoinstallerrc because the Official Plesk server source not workring linked to OVH, i am trying to do smtg with that but i could not, i check etc/hosts/ i already added the link of the source of : Index of / but in Update page settings i could not, any help please ?

Same problem... since December 2020. I'm still on version 18.30.0
