erro 551 user not local

I keep getting these errors while sending mail

Persits.MailSender.4 error '800a0006'

551 User not local: authentication required for relaying

/beheer.soulbandsouledout.com_non_ssl/stuurmail.asp, line 314

I use w2003 server, Plesk 6.5 win
the page is at a subdomain (created with plesk) , address

http://beheer.soulbandsouledout.com/stuurmail.asp

the 'from'account resides at this domain and functiones well when mail is sent to it.

I used various mail-objects in lik aspemail and persits.mailsender

Anyone have a clue?

as it appears the problems was not plesk related... the email-adress and the to name where switched.
