Error 1304. Help me

I tried to raise from plesk 7.5.6 that I have installed to plesk 8,1 and in the middle of the installation she appreciated the following error to me:

Error 1304. Error writing to file:C:\\WINDOWS\system32\nt2ux.dll. Verify that you have access to that directory.

But it is that if I have access to this directory, since I am installing like Administrator. If somebody can help me I am thankful to him deeply.
