Error 1609

Hi this is my problem when i stay intalling plesk appear this

Error 1609.An error ocurred while applying secury settings.User is not a valid user o group.This could be a problem with the package,or a problem connecting to a domain controller on the network.Check your network conecction and click retry,or cancel to end the install

make a user group in windows with the name "User" and than install plesk again and it will work.

if you still get the error make a user in windows with the name "User".

We had the same problem with a windows server 2003 with the german language because the user and the group was named "Benutzer".

como pareces tener problemas con el ingles trato de explcartelo en espanol:

Hay que crear un grupo lammado "Users", porque SW-Soft no pensé en los sistemas internacionales done "Users" es por ejemplo "Usuarios" en Espanol o "Benutzer" en Alemán

Crear un grupo es muy facil:

Abres "Active Directory - Ususrios y Computadores" y entonces
Ación -> Nuevo -> Grupo
alli entras "Users" - y ya está!

Esto en mi systema (Win 2003, Idioma Alamán) resolvió el problema!
