Error 500 when trying to change logo to svg

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

When I'm trying to upload a svg file in Plesk Branding, I'm getting a Error 500.

Message    Can't read image file info

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. In Plesk, go to Tools & Settings > Branding (under Plesk Appearance)
2. On the Plesk Branding page, click Browse... to upload a new logo and click OK.

ACTUAL RESULT

Error 500

EXPECTED RESULT

Logo changes, the default / current Plesk Logo is also a svg, so I'm not seeing any issue here.

Fixed in 18.0.33: Change Log for Plesk Obsidian

It is now possible to upload a logo file in the SVG format in Tools & Settings > Branding (under “Plesk Appearance”). (PPPM-12339)
